However it was that same individual who stated quite clearly that when the wind blew from the West the villagers would hear the Airfield turbines and when the wind blew from the East they would hear the Common turbines. To my mind there was too much wrong with the entire process and the word chicanery comes to mind.my opinion doesn't count I'm only a residentnoreply@blogger.com
